Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your jewelry. Please review our policy before purchasing:
Exchanges Only
- We do not accept returns for refunds.
- Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value (customer pays the difference).
Damaged in Transit
- If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll arrange an exchange for the same item (if available) or another piece of equal value.
- Photos of the damage and original packaging may be required.
7-Day Exchange Window
- All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- After 7 days, we cannot process any exchanges.
Exchange Eligibility
- Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
- Custom, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for exchange or return unless damaged in transit.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges (except when the item was damaged in transit).
Final Sale Items
- Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at devivodesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details (plus photos if the item was damaged in transit).
- We’ll send you instructions to safely return the item and complete your exchange.
