Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. Please review our policy before purchasing:

 

Exchanges Only

  • We do not accept returns for refunds.
  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value (customer pays the difference).

 

Damaged in Transit

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll arrange an exchange for the same item (if available) or another piece of equal value.
  • Photos of the damage and original packaging may be required.

 

7-Day Exchange Window

  • All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • After 7 days, we cannot process any exchanges.

 

Exchange Eligibility

  • Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Custom, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for exchange or return unless damaged in transit.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges (except when the item was damaged in transit).

 

Final Sale Items

  • Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

 

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at devivodesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and details (plus photos if the item was damaged in transit).
  3. We’ll send you instructions to safely return the item and complete your exchange.
